You can only be penalized by Offpage optimization if you link with the bad URL. They are:

• Penalized websites

There is good news!

By using SEO Elite, you can check whether you are linking to any bad neighbors. If you are linking to such sites just delete them immediately. This will lead to an increase in the ranking.

How?

While SEOElite is finished working, just push on the report view button and look the column indicated "Google PR". If you see a website with a Google PR of 0, it is either banned by Google or it is a new website and the PR has not been updated by Google.

So you must keep a list of the web sites that have a PR0. You will have to click radio button 6in SEOElite program. Then you can look if the web site is still in Google's index. If you want to enter PR0 websites into the textbox, you can select the Google checkbox, and then click "ok".

If Google shows 0 results for the websites, this shows that they have been banned. You must immediately remove the link.
